Yes. All our Oud oils (Dehn Al Oud) and Agarwood are 100% authentic and true to origin. We source carefully selected natural raw materials and follow traditional extraction and blending methods to ensure purity, quality, and consistency.

3. Where is your store located?

Our store is located at Samnan – Halwan, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You are welcome to visit us and experience our fragrances in person.

4. What are your store hours?

Monday to Sunday: 10:30 AM – 12:00 AM

Friday: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM

5. Do you sell pure Oud oil (Dehn Al Oud)?

Yes. We offer pure Dehn Al Oud, sourced and crafted using traditional distillation techniques. Each Oud oil is carefully selected for depth, richness, and long-lasting character.

6. Are your perfumes alcohol-based or oil-based?

We offer both Oil-based Attars and spray perfumes, depending on the product. Detailed information is mentioned on each product page for your convenience.

7. Do you ship across the UAE and GCC?

Yes, we provide shipping across the UAE, and selected GCC and international locations. Shipping availability and timelines are shown during checkout.

Yes. Many of our products are ideal for gifting, especially during festive and special occasions. Selected items come in premium packaging suitable for luxury gifts.

11. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
